Pratt Zine Library - LibGuide Accessibility
While completing my MLIS I worked as a graduate assistant in Pratt Library’s zine library. My primary tasks included accessibility endeavors to make our research guides more accessible to blind and low vision users, instruction sessions around the collection, the generation of alt-text and image description for digital records, and cataloguing.
I presented on this work at the Art Libraries Association (ARLIS) lightning conference of Fall 2024. My presentation can be viewed via the link below.
